I applied online and HR called me to set up an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager talked at length about how great the company was and a bit about it's history. He really sold me on working for the company saying they encourage each employee to research and initiate projects.

Question 1
There were almost no questions because the hiring manager talked about the company the entire 40 minutes. He then told me of the next step which was to be called back for a test on Excel and Access. As we were returning to the lobby he said that Woodstream has the most of the Type A personalities in the county working for them. He then tells HR he did not want me to come back for the test, guess I wasn't a Type A! Otherwise it was a great fit.
