I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Woodward (Fort Collins, CO) in Feb 2025
Interview
Initial recruiter interview for approximately 20 mins followed by a 4 person panel interview on Teams which lasted over an hour. The teams interview was STAR focused and consisted of 8 questions. The panel consisted of 3 member's of the Sales Leadership team and a Product Manager, who was friendly and engaged. The rest of the panel did seem a little distant and appeared to be going through the motions. I sensed a little burn out among the team which did set off some alarm bells. Nevertheless, it was great interviewing experience and stood me in good stead for follow on calls with other prospective opportunities & other employers.
