O processo é longo mas ajuda a você a entender a cultura da empresa. Mesmo com quase etapas não achei algo desgastante, além de todo processo ter suporte de time de recrutamento.

The interview was ok. One of the seniors from this job family held the interview and shared general information about the position and company. I perceived the interview to be more on a casual conversation side where we talked about the position in general, my previous experience. I understood there were a few more steps in the hiring process, I think at least 3 more steps after that (more interviews and ad-hoc assignment). Not sure how other steps look like, since the process wasn't continued.
