The recruiter talked over me, rushed me, and interrupted me as I answered questions (and did not seem engaged with the answers I gave). I was then neither moved forward nor rejected for another month or two (though of course by then it was obvious that I would not be moving forward). Perhaps my experience is just emblematic of the common terrible interview experience to be had by almost all candidates in tech right now, but still: It was needlessly dismissive and inconsiderate.
