The interview process was the most buttoned up experience I have ever had. Thier recruiter communication was world class. The recruiter laid out the process clearly to set expectations and delivered a detailed schedule next steps and progress. Each Interview invitation had a detailed agenda to keep things on track and set expectations for what to prepare. Kudos to that team. It speaks volumes for how Work & Co operate.

It is a fairly straightforward interview process. I spoke with numerous design partners and directors about my portfolio and work. We discussed the design process and my approach to projects. Overall, everyone was kind and patient when asking thoughtful questions. The last interview was tough, as it was hard to read the design partner.
