Workday Account Executive Mid Market Toronto interview questions

I had a phone screen interview with a lady who was very professional and provided a lot of details of the type of candidates they were looking for and we talked for almost 45mins. My next interview was with the HR manager a guy, we spent half hour talking about my experience and according to him he was impressed by my background and was going to recommend moving me to the next phase with he hiring manager ..this step never happen as I never heard back from him. 2 weeks after this I received an email from the HR lady that did the initial phone screen and she was apologizing for the delay in getting me the next appointment , at that time I was already not impressed with their process and just told her that I had already moved on
