Interview
I met the recruiter at University Career fair around Sept 2017 . There are two round of interview. One on campus at U of M and a phone interview about 3 weeks after the on campus interview. The whole process takes less than 2 months.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. I interviewed at Workday in Sep 2025
Interview
The first round was behavioral, but with a technical member of staff. They said in the email that it would just be a recruiter, but it was a staff swe. They asked me the typical behavioral questions, then started asking me questions about my resume, REST APIs, and how I showed leadership in my last internship.

Question 1
Explain to me REST APIs, what the acronym stands for, and how you can prompt LLM APIs such as OpenAI to get an output and store it in a database.
OA, 1st round behavioral, 2nd round technical that lasted like 1 hour. Pretty difficult interview comparable to some from big tech. Be prepared, do lots of Leetcode for sure. Good luck expect to hear back in 2 weeks or more.
