Recruiting process was pretty organized, but took longer than expected (there was almost a month in between the original call and the follow-up interview from the recruiter). Recruiter was friendly, well-prepared, and trustworthy. The issue came with the actual interviewing with the team - the role was advertised as entry level, however a lot of the questions and job requirements were geared toward someone with a few years experience in a similar role. I'd recommend better training for the interviewers - one actually said directly to me "You are actually perfect for this role and would be an asset to the team," and I was still rejected. I also spent a few hours at the office only to spend an 1.5 hours in Zoom conference calls (which definitely could've taken place at more convenient times for everyone involved). Overall, pleased with the majority of the experience with the recruiting/application process, but frustrated with the actual interaction with the team aspect.
