Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter wasn't prepared for the interview and had not reviewed my resume. Her excuses for why I was not right for the position were excuses. It was a waste of my time, based on her excuses that I hadn't managed a project recently, although I had more than 20 years experience in project management with enterprise wide solutions. My suggestion to Workday: Don't waste an applicant's time just to meet your quotas. If you haven't read the resume. Don't schedule an interview until you know there's a potential fit. If you're view is to find why the person isn't a fit, don't bother calling.
First call with recruiter, 3 interviews and a mock steerco. They make it clear they cannot pay above the mid range, although they advertise the entire range. I was excluded from the interview process on pay grounds.

Extremely lengthy interview process with several managers and different members of the team. They examine you as if you are going to work for NASA. At the end of the interview process you don’t even want the job anymore.

4 total interviews, 1st one was a screening interview, 2nd one with an employee in a similar role, 3rd one with the hiring manager and the 4th one being a mock steering committee meeting with a panel of 4 employess via video call.
