There were four phone interviews in total. The first was a screening with the recruiter. The second was a 30-minute call with a consulting services manager, the second and third were both 45-minute calls with a senior and a principal consultant. Calls were easy, very conversational. Questions related to job experience and how I handled difficult situations and overcame challenges in the workplace. In-person interview was a few hours long. The day consisted of three one-on-one interviews and a short presentation before a small panel. The one-on-one interviews are 30 - 45 mins long. After the interviews there is 45 minutes for break/presentation set-up. The presentation topic and instructions were emailed to me 6 days prior to the interview. Content was not particularly difficult. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is needed. (Vlookup and pivot tables are useful in preparing the presentation) The interviews and presentation are held in the same room typically, however, the room I was in was not conducive for a presentation so we were relocated to a much smaller meeting room that felt cramped and less comfortable.
Everyone was very pleasant and did their best to provide a relaxed atmosphere. Overall it was a very positive experience.
