Well organized. The hiring manager was able to meet between Christmas and new years eve. Later, after some back to back interviews on a Monday, I received a final decision on the Friday. did not have to wait forever. Then the recruiter was available to give some feedback on my interviews. Very mush appreciated. lastly, they sent me a survey to review the whole process. Wow!!
