I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Workday in Nov 2021
Interview
This is one of the best interview processes that I experienced. Though I didn't go pass the hiring manager round, the integrity of the recruiter and the hiring manager didn't go noticed. There is a reason why Workday is voted as one of the top places with great work culture.
Instead of sending me an email, the recruiter actually called me to tell me that I didn't make it to the next round and we actually had a conversation about it.
Definitely am going to keep continue to apply to Workday
