I applied online. I interviewed at Workday in Feb 2023
Interview
The in-house recruiter scheduled a call with me and let me know she'd be sending me the assessment link. I asked how many problems there would be and she said she'd let me know by following up, which she never did. It turned out to be 3 problems via Hackerrank. Fast forward to the assessment. I'd bet money that the recruiter I spoke to didn't know that C# and C++ (and likely Java and JavaScript) are totally different languages, since the first question was only solvable in C# and Java, both of which aren't listed on my resume. The second problem ended up being broken. I followed up with her to confirm that 2/3 weren't solvable for me, and she said she'd look into it. She never followed up and almost two weeks later I got an email with the subject line, "Maybe next time…" from a no-reply email, not the recruiter.
