Interview
Interview round 1 – 30 minute behavioral interview
Interview Round 2 – 30 minute behavioral interview
Final Round Interview – 2 x 30 minute behavioral interviews back to back
Three rounds of behaviorals, all with current QA engineers or QA managers asking typical behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate", etc.) and they don't go much into the technical side, although they of course ask about experience listed in your resume.
I made it to the last round and then was unceremoniously handed a rejection at 1 AM. If you're a CS graduate, I'd HIGHLY emphasize why you want to do QA instead of SWE.
All in all, the interview process was really smooth, interviewers were nice, and communication was timely.
