First met with recruiter (phone interview), who set up in-person interviews on site. Met with 3-4 other product managers who all gave their view on their situation and need. Finally met with hiring manager (VP Marketing). Culture seemed to be very informal. PM team was fairly inexperienced (by their own admission) and was searching for more structure, guidance, best practice mentorship, etc. But VP Marketing seemed a bit cocky and arrogant, and my impression was that he didn't feel that way at all.

Initial phone screen followed by a zoom interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing was too casual. The call was in an open space where I could see workers coming and going. A lot of background noise. I was only asked about my experience in previous jobs, no situational questions. The manager spent more time telling me how wonderful the company was.
