I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Workfront (Basingstoke, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Multi-staged process of initially verification from the recruiter, hiring manager then VP before a final panel interview. Last part was that Workfront actually openly explain what working at Workfront is like which is refreshing as it's not a typical approach taken by employers.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workfront (Denver, CO) in Apr 2018
Interview
Several in-depth interviews with internal recruiter (very sharp), account team members, sales training individual, hiring manager peer, and the hiring manager. Strangest part was that the hiring manager's peer (a few month's experience there) was telling me how it was changing there, "it wasn't what he signed up for", and that he was second-guessing taking the job. Told me I should consider all options before I consider coming to Workfront.

It wasn't the specific questions, but they had me interview with the person who trains everyone in the sales organization.
