The interview process overall wasn't drawn out. I applied, met with the recruiter relatively quickly, interviewed virtually with the recruiting team, and then was accommodated on-site to meet with sales, marketing, and cs leaders. I ultimately didn't get the job which at the end of the day was fine. I was asked some questions that should not have been asked in an interview, as well as preconceived assumptions, became very clear especially by high ranking leaders within the company. I wrote the recruiter informing them of this certain leader's behavior. It's something that I was looking forward to addressing and working with him If I got the job to fix to ensure future brand awareness. But I talked to an acquaintance of mine and she like myself was asked inappropriate questions and mistreated during the interview process and didn't get the job she applied for. My sincere hope for this post is for the leadership to come together to address some conduct that shouldn't happen in an organization. I thought highly of Workfront and those that I met throughout the process but want to ensure that all candidates are treated equally going forward no matter what the role or is who the candidate is.
