Phone interview, very kind and passionate professionals. Two tier interview process with different teams. Very easy to talk to. Clinical interview is definitely the more serious part of the interview process.
Had a phone interview two different times and did not hear back/was ghosted from the company the 2nd time after following up. The interviewer was late twice. Did not seem sure if the position was even really available and could not answer my questions with confidence. Twice they have posted positions only to decide not to fill it after you have already applied and interviewed. I feel like this reflects poor job security and overall disorganization within the company. I just saw these as red flags. Overall, I had a bad impression of this company and do not plan to interview again.
