The interview process was thorough and involved three separate meetings with integral members of the Workit Health family. The meetings helped me get a feel for the culture of this organization - very inclusive and focused on the wellness of the employees as well as the members we serve. I was asked several questions related to my experience with OUD/AUD treatment and was asked about my opinion of a harm reduction model of care. These questions generated great conversation and demonstrated my personal values, mission and goals for my practice align perfectly with those of Workit Health.
