Interview
Step 1: 1 hour math test, 30 questions in a seminar
Step 2: Solution design project in 5 days (design a management software proposal)
Step 3: Manager interview (discuss the proposal and have some conditional questions to test thinking ability)
Step 4: Head manager interview (Singapore office head, who will explain the company culture, might have some questions like how to improve an HR system)
Step 5: HR interview in Skype (Behavior questions and offer giving) (also was told that consultant will spent 2-3 years as a R&D engineer, luckily I like programming....)

there are 3 rounds. The first round is a seminar. You need to answer some kind like IQ question. The second round is an assignment which is a design for solution. The last round is an interview. The question is focused on your assignment. Actually they didn't ask me any HR question.

Interview
There were Three rounds in total: First round math test, Second Round online assignment, Third round manager interview.
Interview at Singapore office. Even though the interview went pretty well, I dont know why I did not get through. The interview was for 45 mins, mostly discussing the assignment and situational based questions.
Being from a technical background, I felt I answered questions decently, but since there werent any right or wrong answer to the questions, I do not exactly know what went wrong.
