Firstly, they will send you 2 test questions. You have to finish it within 5 days, then they will do the test and inform you the next round. Almost everyone can pass this round because only if you can finish 1 question, they will let you pass. Second round is live coding. You will have a PC and 2 software engineers will be with you. They will give you the test questions, and you do the live coding. They use eclipse. If you have any troubles, they will give you suggestions or you can ask for their help. I wrote 3 questions with some extension questions and the last one, they don't need you to write the completed code, just talk to them about how to approach to it. After the live coding, they will chat with you for a while, discussed you coding process just now, and ask some questions like you are from EEE, why choose software, what kind developer do you want to be. And you can also ask them questions about this position or this company. After this round, they will do a short discussion about your performance, if you pass, you will do a numerical test. It's very easy. The next round is manager interview. It's very relaxed and just a chat. He talked to me that they want a designer instead of just a programmer blabla. It took about one and half an hour. The final round is HR manager interview. It's a Skype video interview. Just some general HR questions. It last 40 minutes.
