Multiple rounds
1. Resume screening (from career fair)
2. Selection Paper Examination (really easy if you are an engineer or math major)
3. Solution Design Assignment
4. Presentation of assignment to recruiter
5. Interview with Head Manager of Singapore branch
6. Skype interview with Head Recruiter in Japan
The time scale between the resume screening to the paper examination was rather long. It was about 1 month between these two, however, the rest of the stages was completely over the course of 2.5 weeks. Offer was given within two days of the skype interview with HR.
NOTE: All business consultants start of as software development engineers, hence all will be required to pick up programming! Non-technical background grads will be put through an online course and induction/training period of about 3 months

Question 1
For the assignment, it was to design an IT solution of a hypothetical client.
(relatively simple if you are good in presentations)
For the Head Manager interview, pick out one function in either Google search of LinkedIn that is very good. Then discuss how it can be applied to Works Application's software.

Interview
The interview process was quite simple. First, you will attend a conference, there will be a presentation about the company and you do a test. (simple maths) After you passed the test, you will be given a case study to do and submit within 5 days. If you pass this stage, you will be called to present your case study and to have a final interview.
