I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Works Applications (New Delhi) in Aug 2016
Interview
There was an online test which anyone could attempt from anywhere. Two coding questions were asked in this test and both were to be answered to get selected for the next round. Students who go through this round are called for interview at a venue chosen by them.
The interview was a live coding round where you we had to code on a computer and the interviewer could see everything from his computer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was first asked to do slight modifications to the two questions asked in the online test. The difficulty of the modifications would depend on how we solved the questions. After that I was asked simple questions mostly related to bit manipulation (I had to figure that out myself). This round went on for an hour. This was followed by a general aptitude round. That was to be followed by another technical round and finally an HR round.
Overall the interviewers were very kind and helping. It is very important to know the code that you wrote for the online test thoroughly.
Two interviews with two employees each times.
The interviews completed within a week timeframe.
The return is pretty quick. You will hear from them within 2-3 days after the interview.
First, there was an application screening. There were individual aptitude tests, group discussions, etc. After being selected for an internship, you will be hired if you achieve good results in the internship. You need to show even better results in the first training program after being hired and present what you want to be in your desired position at the drafting session.
