Interview
My interview was held as part of the campus fair of the university. It began with the company representative giving details through a presentation and explaining the job scope of R&D engineer in the software department.
In the first stage of the process candidates are required to submit code for problems given in a handout. This was a take home test and had about ten days to complete. The problems were related to data structures and algorithms and the solutions were expected in Java.
The interview round was a live coding interview which lasted for about half an hour. Here the interviewer presented a problem (again based on algorithms) and the solution had to be coded in front of him. The interviewer answered any doubts about the problem but didn't encourage much discussion.
Once the solution was found to work, he modified the problem and asked if that could be solved.

After the live coding interview the HR interview was about willingness to work abroad.
Two interviews with two employees each times.
The interviews completed within a week timeframe.
The return is pretty quick. You will hear from them within 2-3 days after the interview.
First, there was an application screening. There were individual aptitude tests, group discussions, etc. After being selected for an internship, you will be hired if you achieve good results in the internship. You need to show even better results in the first training program after being hired and present what you want to be in your desired position at the drafting session.

there were 3 interviews in total: one hackerrank interview, one live coding and one HR. the interviewers are quite nice and each one of them took about 1-1.5 hours because there were a lot of discussions
