Overall, this was an average interviewing experience until the final round interview. The mock meeting they asked me to host was a full on bait and switch. I was told to prepare my meeting management skills while presenting some high level data. I was even forewarned that I would not be asked about the data in detail. The actual interview when completely opposite. Specialists from each team asked in depth questions about each metric I was provided. This was so disappointing, I was preparing for one meeting and showed up to another. It's very clear that the team is inexperienced with interviewing as a whole but it was a big disappointment to be at the mercy of that learning experience.
