I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workstream (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2023
Interview
Company reached out to me on LinkedIn, I agreed to take an initial call with a recruiter and then met with the founder Desmond. One of the weirdest interviews I’ve ever done. He just pressed me for details about my current company the entire time (nothing to do about my role or experience), was very obviously trying to fish for information. Didn’t discuss the role either, just asked questions like “how is the organization structured, how many sales reps in each territory”, etc. Never heard back after this interview, was clear they just wanted intel into a competitor.

Question 1
How many sales reps does your current company have? How many are in each territory? How big is your enterprise team?
