I interviewed for position came in for an onsite, no phone screen ( mind you I drove from another state to come to this got myself a hotel and everything.) I thought it went well wasn't too hard had a design exercise and spoke with a few people. After I left I emailed a couple weeks later to follow up... no response.... tried contacting again after no response. Now over 2 months later the job is no longer posted. I have no issue with not getting the job at all. May not have been a good fit, and that's fine. But it is unprofessional to not even have the courtesy to respond to my email or even send a generic message that the position was filled.
