Process was a bit tedious. First a telephone interview, talking about your CV, accomplishments and the regular stuff. Then I got a mini case study on an investment project in Emerging markets, how much debt will you put, how you'll structure /debt and equity), is EBITDA a good proxy for cash flow and investment banking type of questions. Second round consisted of: 1) case which is sent to you in advance about an investment study in emerging markets 2) pannel interview with 3 senior people (expect both finance questions and fit) 3) Two individual interviews - more relaxed expect the question about one of IFC projects in your country or the country you have lived the most.
