Interview
I applied online and received an interview request 2 months later. I was also told I was one of only a handful of applicants that got onto the shortlist. The interview was via video conference. I was also asked to do a written tasks too after the interview. I still placed effort to do it properly even though I really didn't do well in the interview.

Question 1
The one question that I remembered was : "Please give me three words to describe your strengths and three words to describe your weaknesses". This question threw me out of the running for this role. I struggled to find three single words to describe myself. It was asked after being grilled about everything I've ever worked in, and every skills I possess.

Panel interview four panelists. Three technical questions and one hr type question. Short answers and then a second round where they follow up asking for more details. The interview took place online.

Interview with 4 people based around the world including administrative person. Each person had at least 2 questions with most questions coming from the manager. Questions were technical in nature but also included at least one round of questioning on soft skills.
