Very straightforward. Spoke to practice managers working on join initiative. As they are the visionaries on the project, they look for your expertise on execution of materials. They prefer candidates with mutual connection.

What can you offer to the role? What is your technical background to support the role?
Interview included a written assignment submission followed by a panel with the project team and a senior member of the communications team. Questions were typical of communications with a bit of technicals to test understanding of the content.
