Consisted of a written test, which was in three parts, (1)drafting of a memoranda, (2) analysis of a document, (3) and a final drafting exercise like for external work. Following the written test, we had a panel interview, which was competency based and with some technical questions

1st interview was by the Peer Review Services Unit Management team and then the next step was for a written test which was for one hour. The written test was live labor/employment-related questions in relation to disputes between junior staff and Senior manager and some conflict of interest issues too.
