I applied online. I interviewed at World Bank Group
Interview
Lengthy process from application to interview and overall unhealthy and borderline toxic. It took me a month to receive a rejection email after spending several months waiting to receive an interview link. Honestly, I decided never to participate again as I felt that my blood pressure would simply sky rocket if I ever tried again and cause my demise.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
it was a pre-recorded video interview with generic questions of tell us about yourself, what your colleagues say about you and similar stuff

Hireview interview - rejected at this stage
Below is a brief summary of each section in Hireview interview:
Section 1: Scenario-based questions where you have to choose what you would most and least likely do.
Section 2: A list of 64 statements, selecting which one resonates with you the most. Some statements were repetitive.
Section 3: One video question (3 minutes).
Section 4: A case with a set of 8 questions, most of them numerical. I found this section a bit strange since the questions were not full sentences - more like words or phrases.
