I wrote a covering letter, submitted a CV and completed an online application template. I then had a one hour interview with four staff members covering 5 standard questions, typically used throughout WB recruitment. The questions are superficially simple and the difficulty lies in demonstrating relevant professional experience and competencies and keeping answers concise.
