I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at World Bank Group (Washington, DC) in May 2013
Interview
Very smooth but can take a long time because they run a background check...first met with HR then had a panel interview and finally a one on one with the director...make sure you can talk about your previous projects
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group in Nov 2024
Interview
it went smoothly and was brief. The interviewers were very kind and welcoming. I only had one panel interview with 3 interviewers one of them being the country director (was not based in DC). One of the staff did not work in the CO but in HQ.
