Interview
Many, many interviews. They want to make sure that you have a high level of skill, but the truth is that they spend a lot of time explaining that the bulk of the work is administrative. The staff is friendly. The process was smooth. No complaints about HR, but a lot of complaints about the interview questions versus the work required.
