Quick Phone Screening, then Panel Interview. The panel interview was unstructured/coordinated. Four out of the 5 people listed I was going to meet, ended up changing on the day. Based on the questions, it seemed that the didn't know what they wanted. The only reason I didn't withdraw is because I had been laid off and would have taken anything with benefits.
