I had an interview with the store manager. He was very professional and conducted a top notch and thorough interview. He asked many questions about my experiences with difficult situations with customers, co-workers and supervisors. He properly explained the position and his expectations. Then, my second interview was a few days later with a store mgr at another location since the district manager was out of town.
