I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at World Market (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied mid-March, online. Was called in for an interview in mid April. went in the following week. was asked very minimal questions about the actual position. It was really like a conversation and not an interview at all, but that could definitely depend on the supervisor interviewing you, this lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty chill environment but upbeat. At the end of this interview I was told I would be called back within a week to arrange a second interview. Was called the next Wednesday for a quick interview on Thursday, it was literally 5 minutes of laughing and talking about how much we love the store. Ultimately, even if you have absolutely no experience, a great personality and can be funny but professional, 20 minutes of interviewing can get you a job.
