Interview
I felt a little jerked around as a candidate. Had to do two interview screenings and then it took almost a full month to get any type of response from recruiting, who was always “waiting on the hiring manager”. After a month was told that they wanted to meet with me, only to two days later find out that they suddenly wanted to pass.
Honestly felt like a super amateur operation and my time as a candidate was not respected.
