World Wide Technology Consultant interview questions

Behavioral interview. Told me they were full after the interview. Told me they were in the process of identifying candidates for positions a year from now. Interview experience was average.

It was a 30 minute phone interview initial screening. I was informed at the end of the call the position wasn't open but that they interview people to have a "backlog" and could not provide a time estimate as to when a role may open up.
