Very positive conversation though result was learning that the vacancy as written and the actual duties differed significantly. Other result of chat was learning that there was a distinct priority of specific venues of experience not noted in the job yet essential for selection. Still a positive experience due to the clarity and honesty of the recruiter from WWT who readily admitted that the actual needs were not what had been expressed in the ad and that company direction in this business area was still evolving. His candor and openess to frank questions allowed us both to save time by not continuing to pursue a job match on this vacancy since my interest and experience were a perfect fit for the written ad but not the unwritten actual need.
