Appropriate. Spoke with HR first, then director level, Final interview was with VP level leaders. Relaxed interview style, Seemed to truly want to get to know me as a person.
Several interviews for teh job, Interviewers tend to make you feel like the job is yours by saying things like... here is who you will work with, here is what you willbe doing. Then they will go on a hiring freeze for 6 months, finally get back to you and tell you they went another direction. I asked for feedback on the decision , none was given. Straight forward and easy. Went through 4 interviews and enjoyed getting to know the team members and what the environment was like with WWT. Everyone was so welcoming and really broke down the culture of WWT.
