      Social Media Executive Interview

      Jul 20, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Woking, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund (Woking, England) in Jul 2026

      Interview

The process was very straightforward and clear. They share the questions with you in advance and give you time to prepare; this process was very easy compared to other companies. In the second and final round, I had to do a presentation showing my work. A lot of time and effort went into it, and in the end I got an automatic reply from HR. Not even real feedback; this is something every candidate expects when making the final round of a process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell us about a piece of social content you created that performed particularly well. How did you tailor it for the platform and audience, and what made it successful? Can you tell us about a time where you’ve spotted an opportunity to develop some reactive content. Tell us about how you got the idea for the content, what you created and the process you followed to get it live. Can you tell us about a time you’ve used data – for example from post performance, social listening or other sources - to inform your approach or make a change to a project you were working on? Monitoring the comments and messages we receive through our channels is a big part of this role. Can you tell us a little about your experience managing communities and dealing with their feedback – good or bad? This role works closely with different teams across the organisation. Can you describe a time you collaborated with multiple stakeholders to deliver a social campaign? Tell us about a time when you had to manage multiple social media priorities at once, such as scheduled content, reactive opportunities and incoming requests. How did you prioritise, and what was the result?
