step 3: 1hr panel interview with the HR recruiting manager, the director and 3 additional managers from different units

First interview: focused on why did I apply and what do I see in the position and the organisation. How did my career unfolded. Who are my clients and am I open to relocate.
Second interview (panel): Again - what did I apply etc. What do I expect to be the biggest challenges in the position, what will be my first steps, how do I self-evaluate and what are my expectations from my manager
