      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund (Rome) in Mar 2017

      Interview

4 different steps, the first interview happened with the HR director and the Project Director, the goal was to have a first contact and check out on your experiences and background, the second interview was with the same panel plus the Marketing director Italy, i had to do a presentation to explain my vision of a marketing strategy my ideas for the project etc... and had to write an essaie. The last skype interview was with WWF CEO of different countries and was very informal with random questions. Finally i have met the team in Rome physically as a last step
