      Had an initial phone screening then was scheduled for an in-person interview the following week. Met with two people From the department the position would be in. Interview lasted about an hour. Not hard, just mostly standard interviews questions.

      Very generic, not very creative. Mostly textbook questions. After the final round no email about the decision. Had to follow up several times myself to get an answer. They had chosen another candidate which is fine but would have appreciated a bit more proactive communication.
