I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund
Interview
I applied online, and was contacted by an internal recruiter several weeks later for a phone interview. Two weeks after that, I was contacted for a second, group interview with the program team via Skype. I had a final in person interview several weeks later with the program team. It took nearly a month after the in person interview process to receive an offer. The interview process was difficult, but fair, and included numerous rounds and a writing sample submission.
I enjoyed getting to know the program team, who were friendly and accommodating in the interview process. However, I was disappointed by my interactions with the HR recruiter. I didn't feel HR represented the organization at its best - the recruiter overlooked small but important details (spelling my name incorrectly multiple times) and spoke condescendingly to questions I had about the process. The program team also did not speak highly of HR. Overall, my experience with HR soured my perception of the organization.

WWF ghosted me after several interviews. Even after I followed up multiple times, I have yet to receive an automated rejection email. It is very unprofessional and a bad look for such a well-known company.

I thought the interview process was wonderful. My interviewers were a panel of five individuals. The entire interview took about thirty minutes. They asked relevant questions and I did not feel that they were biased or discriminating. I would highly recommend.
