I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund in Jan 2019
Interview
Two competency based interviews. First round was great, more conversational I left feeling I could work with them. Second was less positive, the panel were 20 mins late and the interview was much more aggressive not a conversation I didn’t leave wanting to work with them or think I would be offered, so it felt like they had wasted my time to fill up the short list.
