Rate yourself on the following parameters (rapid-fire): [don't remember precisely everything, so here's how it survives in my head] - patience (rate yourself out of 10 on how patient are you?) - ability to perform under pressure - technical knowledge relevant to wildlife & habitats - leadership - conflict management

Interview
1 hour long, with "typical questions" (weakness, strengths, describe how you solve a difficult situation, describe how you showed leadership, etc), very friendly atmosphere, helpful interviewers. Present there were experts (members of the organisation) and HR staff. In some moments it was more of a conversation (which is always good in an interview, I think - although it was not successful finally). Overall a positive experience.
