      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund

      Interview

1 hour long, with "typical questions" (weakness, strengths, describe how you solve a difficult situation, describe how you showed leadership, etc), very friendly atmosphere, helpful interviewers. Present there were experts (members of the organisation) and HR staff. In some moments it was more of a conversation (which is always good in an interview, I think - although it was not successful finally). Overall a positive experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Give us examples of XYZ (e.g. when you showed leadership, when you solved a conflict, when you exceeded what was expected from you...). Be prepared with some stories from your experience.
