Possibly the worst interview experience I've had. Firstly, I was emailed through Indeed to say I hadn't been selected. Then a few weeks later I was emailed to say that I had been selected for an interview. Booked through their internal recruitment platform but wasn't given any information about what the interview would be entail (i.e. whether it was just HR stage or with the hiring manager). The actual interview was okay but very robotic and transactional. They asked the same 6 questions to everyone and then wrote notes. No probing and there didn't seem to be any desire to get to know you as a person or soft skills. They said they would let me know if I'd made it at the end of that week but I didn't hear anything (even though my took my email address as they said their recruitment platform didn't work sometimes). I emailed their recruitment email address and was completely ghosted. Very strange experience overall and a big waste of my time.
